Directions for Entering and Updating Student Information on the Achieve Parent Portal

You can access the Achieve portal using the link at the top of the page.

Your user name and password will be sent to you in a separate email. If you need help accessing your log in information, please send an email to achieve@camelotacademy.org. Once you are logged in, you may change your password by clicking on “Your Account”.

Once you log in to the parent portal, please use the Left Column and click on “Student/Household”. You will see seven tabs:

General
Student
Medication
Questions
Household
Emergency Contact
Authorized Pickup
Download School Forms (located on the left side of the screen)

Student Tab: You will want verify information that may already be there. You can edit it and add any information that is missing. You may only edit fields that are white (not grayed out). Be sure to click the green save button at the top, right corner of the page after you have updated the page.

Household Tab: Please edit any and all information on this screen. Be sure to click the green save button at the top, right corner of the page after you have updated the page.

Emergency Contact Tab: In the event of an emergency, the School Office will attempt to call parents first; if we are not able to reach you, we need additional emergency contact information. Be sure to click the green save button at the top, right corner of the page after you have updated the page.

Authorized Pickup Tab: Please indicate any other person who has your permission to pick up your child from school. Be sure to click the green save button at the top, right corner of the page after you have updated the page.

Download School Forms: On this tab (located on the left side) you will find the Camelot Parent Pledge, Photography Release, and the Student Computer Agreement forms. Click on the arrow and select the one file listed to download. It contains all three forms. Please read them and then click on the Custom Questions tab and check “yes” if you agree to the terms and conditions.

General Tab: When you have completed updating all of the tabs, you will officially verify that the information is updated and correct.
