The hard work and dedication of our Middle and Upper School students is coming to fruition as research projects are getting finished, presentations polished and the end-goal comes into view. We look forward to celebrating these accomplishments with you on Friday.
- Upper School presentations on campus (faculty and student audience)
- PURPLE TRACK students arrive by 8:30 AM
Friday - Academic Fair
- This is a whole-school, parent-required MORNING event.
- There are no classes or activities on campus that day.
- Venue : Durham Central Park or Durham Convention Center
(Based on weather - announcement on Wednesday)
NOTE: STAGGERED and INTENTIONAL Arrival times!
8 AM - Upper School Group A Presenters* (Includes all musical performers)
8:40 - Middle Grades - Amy’s students
9:15 - MAPP students
9:20 - Middle Grades - Michelle’s students
9:30 - Upper School Group B Presenters*
Each group should plan for about 2 hours of attendance that includes musical performances.
Upper School Presentation Groups (A or B) have been posted.
MAPP students will be performing a song and then participating in a scavenger hunt for info from the presentations!
Upper School Music Classes - added rehearsals this week!
Wednesday , 3:30-5:00 PM (@ Camelot) PURPLE AND GOLD
Thursday, 1:30-3:00 - Gold only - @Yates
Friday, December 2 (first Friday after break)
- Upper School (Purple and Gold) early dismissal
Gold - 11:30 dismissal for all
Purple - 12:00 OPTIONAL dismissal (music students should stay for music class, others who opt to stay will have math and study hall)
COVID testing this week will be on Thursday. The next testing will be Monday, November 28.
There were ZERO positive tests on Friday. Twelve tests are pending.
