Semester One is officially a wrap!  Exciting plans ahead!

 

BEHIND THE SCENES:

Our Friday Teacher Workday was not only very productive in terms of moving forward on the paperwork that goes into Semester Reports, but also in planning upcoming events and summer offerings.  Stay tuned for all of those announcements.

 

REMIND:

 

School is closed tomorrow (Monday, January 15)  in observance of MLK Jr Day.

 

In the event of severe weather impacting our schedule, an email will be sent with details.

 

X Schedule begins Tuesday and runs through Friday, January 26:

 

Upper School

-         X Schedule classes: Purple 8:30-11:30 and Gold 12:30- 3:30 PM.

-         Field trip permission emails were sent to those in classes with trips.  Please be reminded of those schedules when arranging for late arrivals or early departures in the next two weeks.

-         On Tuesday and Wednesday Upper School students will be attending career speaker sessions organized by Ms. Charlotte.

-         Astronomy class resumes during X Schedule - see email from Mr. Thomas for trip details.

 

 

Middle Grades

-         Students will have their special Wednesday schedule on campus the next two weeks.

 

MAPP

-          Families should consult the class newsletters for class-specific plans. 

-         All MAPP students will have Ms. Raleigh for an added-bonus specials class during these two weeks.

 

ANNOUNCE:

 

OPEN HOUSE Saturday, January 27, 11 AM-1 PM. 

-         If your student is moving up a division please feel free to join us and talk to the teachers to learn more. 

-         Also, please send your friends who may be interested in our school and be sure they tell Ms. Jill you referred them so you get the credit on your account!
