Ultimate Frisbee Announcement Email and Fees Agreement
Greetings Parents and Guardians! Winter Ultimate Frisbee begins after the break! Triangle Ultimate is working on the game schedule for the season and we will get you the details of locations and dates as they are confirmed by our opponents. Once we confirm our team, there will be a Dec 7 deadline for you to also register your player with Triangle Ultimate. At that time you will be able to see our team’s schedule with game dates, addresses, and more information. When you register, you will pay-what-you-can to Triangle Ultimate, and decide an amount between $35-$145 that works best for your family. Once we return from the break, we will confirm the team and ask you to then register with Triangle Ultimate. We will send an update with the link. Practice Tues-Thurs after school at Forest Hills Park. Pickup at Forest Hills Park by 5:15pm sharp, or at Camelot by 5:30pm. (NOTE - if your schedule only allows for practice on some days, please let us know. We will try to accommodate as long as attendance on game days is prioritized. ) Fees to Camelot: $250 for the 7 week season
Fees to Triangle Ultimate when registering: Pay-what-you-can, $35-145 Dates for Practice & Games (Games Tues or Thurs, mostly on Thursdays):

February 3, 4, 5 Winter Clothing Recommendations:
Please keep in mind that we need to know your preference for pick up on each game day (either at Camelot, or at the opponent’s field). This can change from game to game, but we ask you to keep us updated on your plans so Coach Scott knows each game who to transport back to Camelot for pick up. Some games will be further from Camelot, so picking your student up from the school might differ in timing.

- Cleats recommended for practice and games. Soccer cleats work great. Students should not wear sandals, open-toed shoes, or Crocs to practice or games.
- Gloves that have a grippy texture for colder game days.
- Cold weather hats/ear covers are highly recommended.
- Base layers and/or layering options are recommended.
- Athletic style pants that are warm enough for the temperature and wind. Black pants would be great if you could find them, so that our team wears the same colors for bottoms along with our Camelot jerseys (yellow).
