Sunday, May 10, 2026
Greetings and Happy Mother’s Day!
Thank you for all of the beautiful gestures for Teacher Appreciation Week! What a well-timed boost of energy to fuel the last couple of weeks of the school year!
Congratulations to senior Hiba Ali who has been awarded a Presidential Scholarship at Tennessee State University. This award provides four years of full coverage of tuition, room, board and fees!
Kudos to Amy Shields for coordinating our AP testing this year. There was a lot to coordinate!
REMIND:
Net Sports and Math Club are the only clubs meeting this week.
Here's the link where folks can pre-order Evening Of the Arts DVDs. (Digital Steaming option also available for those who don't have DVD players anymore!). This is a CORRECTED LINK from the one I posted last week.

Over 15 % of the student body was out sick on Friday.

Best,
Thelma
